If I could rate 10 stars I would. My salesman was John and he went above and beyond making sure I got the car I wanted and the process was seamless on the dealerships end. I had some issues with my card and paying the down payment which caused me to stay there a little longer, but John was patient and held the car for me until I could get stuff straightened out with my bank. All of the employees at this dealership are so funny and super laid back. And not to mention, very accommodating. Not only were they going above and beyond to help me, but I noticed they were doing that for all of the customers they were helping. The lady who sits by the window (I can’t remember her name I am so sorry) but she handed over my paperwork and went over everything I needed to know, she was very sweet and informative. Everyone here was just so nice. Best experience I’ve had when buying a car. I’m still so over the moon with my purchase and thank you to John and the rest of the SI Auto crew for getting me into something I love!!!!!
